Callidora Technology Private Limited (“Callidora,” “We,” “Our,” or “Us”) is the owner and operator of the DigiHealthWallet platform, including its website, mobile applications, and other electronic modes (“Platform”). By accessing, viewing, or using the Platform or any content therein, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Use”), which constitute a binding legal agreement. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, you are not permitted to access or use the Platform and should discontinue use immediately.

In addition, by impliedly or expressly accepting these Terms of Use, you agree to comply with all of Callidora’s related policies, including our Privacy Policy, and other rules, guidelines, and terms set forth under applicable laws. These policies and rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use and are considered part of the Agreement.

Platform Overview

DigiHealthWallet is an AI-powered, secure digital health platform that allows users to upload, organize, and manage health records. Users can access features such as:

  1. Secure storage and retrieval of medical records.
  2. Data analysis and storage with Google Gemini, MongoDB & Google Cloud for enhanced reliability and scalability.
  3. Hosting and security infrastructure provided by Google Cloud for data protection.
  4. Permission-based sharing of health records with healthcare providers.

The Platform serves as a facilitator between users, healthcare providers, and third-party service providers. It does not offer direct medical advice or treatment and should not replace professional healthcare consultations.

Eligibility

To use DigiHealthWallet, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.
  • You have the capacity and authority to enter into a legally binding agreement.
  • You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes.

Account Registration and Security

  1. Users must create an account to access specific features of the Platform.
  2. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete registration information.
  3. It is your responsibility to safeguard your account credentials. Notify us immediately in the event of unauthorized access.
  4. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access caused by your negligence.

Use of Services

By using the Platform, you agree:

  • To comply with all applicable laws and these Terms of Use.
  • Not to upload malicious content or attempt to breach Platform security.
  • To provide accurate and lawful information for the processing of health records.

Prohibited actions include unauthorized access to others’ data, reverse engineering of the Platform, and misuse of services.

Your data is processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using DigiHealthWallet, you consent to:

  1. The use of Google APIs for analyzing and extracting health information from uploaded documents.
  2. Encrypted storage of your data in MongoDB, ensuring compliance with global security standards.
  3. File storage on Google Cloud, which includes robust encryption and disaster recovery mechanisms.

Your data is protected with advanced encryption in transit and at rest. Sharing of data with third parties is strictly permission-based.

Permissions Required

To deliver our services effectively, DigiHealthWallet requests the following permissions:

  • Camera Access: To scan and upload medical documents or measure pulse rates.
  • Storage Access: To store and retrieve health records on your device.
  • Google API Access: For syncing and extracting health insights.
  • Location Data: To provide location-based services (e.g., nearby vaccination slots).

Modification and Termination

  1. Callidora reserves the right to modify these Terms or any Platform features at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting.
  2. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
  3. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or other unlawful activity.

Refunds and Payments

  • Payments for subscription plans, consultations, and other services must be made through secure payment gateways provided.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed per our refund policy and may take 7-10 business days.
  • No refunds are applicable for non-subscription-based services like one-time consultations.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and trademarks on the Platform are the intellectual property of Callidora or its licensors. Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services like Google APIs and MongoDB to provide advanced functionality. While we ensure compliance with privacy and security regulations, Callidora is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and its services are provided on an “as-is” basis. Callidora does not guarantee:

  • Accuracy or completeness of extracted health data.
  • Error-free or uninterrupted operation of the Platform.
  • Suitability of the Platform for specific user needs or expectations.

We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on information obtained through the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Callidora is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages.
  • Loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
  • Unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

Our maximum liability, in any case, is limited to the amount you have paid for using our services.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali, Punjab, India.
